PRIORITIES FOR WARD 15

OVERVIEW

Jenny’s primary policy interests include affordable and mixed income housing, workforce development, and democracy building. Other initiatives include support for our families, preserving and increasing our tree canopy, and traffic calming. Jenny is also deeply committed to crime prevention and to neighborhoods where everyone feels safe. Jenny and the Ward 15 Council staff pride themselves on responsiveness to constituent questions and needs.

Jenny will strive to ensure that a range of housing options at a range of price points are available in Ward 15, so our community remains diverse and mixed-income far into the future. She will also advocate for “aging in place” housing.

WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

Jenny is committed to making sure that Ward 15 residents are aware of opportunities and have access to the resources they need to thrive.

DEMOCRACY BUILDING

Jenny will prioritize leadership development for Ward 15 residents and support grassroots, resident-led initiatives.
